Job summary
MCS Group is assisting a growing Irish software company to recruit an Application Support Specialist for its customer success and support team. The role is hybrid (County Louth, 3 days per week) and suits someone who enjoys problem solving, working with customers, and supporting business-critical software across ERP, accounting, stock control, CRM, eCommerce, reporting, and supply chain operations.

- Experience with ERP, accounting, or business management software.
- A degree in Computer Science, Accounting, Business, or similar.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

- Investigating and resolving software issues across multiple business functions.
- Working with databases, integrations, and reporting tools.
