Anson McCade is seeking an Application Support Consultant to join the Customer Success team in Dundalk. The role supports customers across a comprehensive ERP platform, addressing queries, documenting issues, and investigating technical scenarios to deliver effective solutions that maximise ERP value.

Qualifications

A long established and growing software provider is seeking an Application Support Consultant to join its Customer Success team in Dundalk. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with technology, supporting customers and troubleshooting a variety of technical and operational issues.

The successful candidate will support customers across a comprehensive ERP software platform, covering areas such as accounting, stock management, CRM, e-commerce, business intelligence and supply chain management. Responsibilities will include responding to system queries, documenting issues, investigating technical scenarios and identifying effective solutions that help customers maximise the value of their ERP system.

What you need

• Experience using accounting, ERP or business management software; or a third-level qualification in Computer Science, Accounting, Business or a related subject
• A good understanding of financial and management reporting, with strong commercial or financial awareness
• A genuine interest in technology and customer-facing application support
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured approach to investigating issues
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to translate business requirements and customer queries into clear technical information
• A friendly, empathetic and customer-focused approach

Experience in any of the following would be advantageous, although training will be provided:

• FTP/SFTP and SSL certificates
• REST APIs, SOAP, SoapUI or Postman
