Job summary

Solas IT Recruitment is hiring an IT / Customer Support (Entry Level) in Dublin for a full-time, on-site role offering a salary of €30–€35k. No previous IT experience is required; training will be provided, and you’ll gain hands-on experience in customer service, administration, reporting and basic technical support.

Qualifications

• Must have CompTIA Certification (or be in process)
• No IT experience required; entry level role
• Organised with strong communication and confidence speaking with customers
• Full training provided to develop Android and IT support skills

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers and respond to queries
• Coordinate and schedule mobile device updates
• Keep customers informed on progress and timelines
• Maintain accurate customer and device records
• Update spreadsheets and prepare basic reports
• Coordinate with internal technical teams
• Follow up with customers after work completes
• Escalate technical queries to the appropriate team
• Assist with Android device setup and configuration
• Learn how mobile devices are managed in business environments
