Job summary

Bentley Systems is hiring a Support Account Manager for Enterprise Accounts in Dublin. You will manage day-to-day relationships with Enterprise customers, escalate critical issues, and coordinate with global teams to ensure high-quality support.

The role is hybrid, based in Dublin, and requires strong communication with executive stakeholders. You will drive service improvements, lead quarterly business reviews, and ensure customers gain maximum value from Bentley product investments while

Qualifications

• Ability to build trusted relationships with Enterprise accounts.
• Experience prioritizing and escalating issues to meet SLAs/SLOs.
• Proven track record in managing service requests and reviews with large customers.
• Knowledge of ITIL or service management frameworks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of escalation for Enterprise accounts and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Monitor open cases and coordinate with Technical Support to meet SLAs/SLOs.
• Manage regular service requests and quarterly business reviews with accounts.
• Lead cross-functional teams to improve time-to-value for Bentley products.
• Prepare and present status updates to executive stakeholders.
