Job summary

Bentley Systems is seeking a proactive Support Account Manager to guide day-to-day relationships with Enterprise accounts in Dublin on a hybrid model (twice per week). You will coordinate with global teams to deliver high-quality support, drive value from Bentley products, and lead quarterly business reviews to address trends and improvement opportunities.

The role requires strong communication, a track record in enterprise software support, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in a Support Account Manager or Escalation Manager role.
• Experience in the software industry is required.
• Knowledge of ITIL or other service management frameworks is advantageous.
• Fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop cooperative relationships with stakeholders to demonstrate value of Bentley’s support offerings.
• Serve as first point of escalation for customers to ensure issues are prioritized and resolved swiftly.
• Monitor open cases and coordinate with Technical Support to meet SLAs and SLOs.
• Lead regular service requests and quarterly business reviews with customers.
• Identify trends and opportunities to improve product use and value for accounts.
