Job summary

Webflow is seeking a Solutions Engineer to partner with Account Executives and support Enterprise opportunities. You will guide customers through evaluation, design solutions, and conduct technical validation and business-case development.

The role is remote-first with up to 25% travel and an in-person onboarding session in San Francisco. You’ll lead workshops, deliver demonstrations, and influence product direction by representing the customer voice.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer or in a web development-focused role.
• Advanced understanding of APIs and web programming languages — HTML, CSS & JavaScript.
• Consultative approach and passion for helping customers solve problems.
• Strong storytelling skills in discovery and product demonstrations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with 2–3 Account Executives and support multiple Enterprise opportunities.
• Guide customers through evaluation to ensure Webflow meets business objectives and technical requirements.
• Conduct discovery, solution design, validation and business-case development.
• Present compelling demos that illustrate Webflow benefits to customers.
