Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Digital Account Executive to lead complex enterprise sales in the DACH market. You will evangelize Salesforce Data, AI, Marketing, Loyalty, and Personalization solutions, engage with top executives, and drive multi-year growth across large accounts.

Ideal candidates show a proven enterprise software sales record, strong consultative skills, and experience with data-driven customer experiences. English required, German/French a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven enterprise software sales track record with quota attainment (senior level).
• Strong consultative and solution-selling skills for complex deals.
• Ability to engage CxO-level executives (CMOs, CDOs, CIOs).
• Understanding of Data, AI, Marketing, Loyalty solutions and how they interrelate.
• German or French language ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead sales cycle for Data, AI, Marketing, Loyalty, and Personalization solutions from lead to close.
• Serve as trusted advisor to CxOs and guide digital transformation strategies.
• Develop a strategic sales plan for the DACH region targeting high-value enterprise accounts.
• Own the broader Account and Territory teams for coordinated opportunities.
• Generate opportunities through networking, proactive prospecting and existing relationships.
• Lead consultative discussions to uncover customer needs and demonstrate value.
• Drive brand awareness and market presence via events and thought leadership.
• Maintain pipeline forecasts and deliver quarterly/annual sales performance.
• Collaborate with Solution Engineers on tailored product demonstrations.
• Ensure long-term customer success and expansion.
