Job summary

Ingenio is seeking an Enterprise Client Director to lead strategic enterprise sales in Ireland. This role blends new business development with growth of existing accounts, focusing on long-term services portfolios rather than one-off deals.

You will build trusted partnerships with senior enterprise clients, selling engineering teams, consulting capability, and transformation delivery outcomes to generate sustained revenue.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of a 50/50 split between new business acquisition and account growth in enterprise sales.
• Experience selling consulting or professional services (not SaaS), including digital, cloud, data, AI, or engineering transformation services.
• Current or recent experience selling into enterprise organisations on complex AI, data, digital, or systems transformation programmes.
