Job summary

EY Ireland is seeking an AI Engineering leader to shape enterprise-gen AI solutions and orchestrate multi-agent platforms. You will drive production-grade AI systems across client engagements, balancing strategy with hands‑on delivery in a financial services context.

You will guide design, governance, and integration into client infrastructure, mentoring teams, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years across ML and AI systems design; proven delivery in enterprise.
• Academic credentials or equivalent senior industry experience.
• Define MVP scope, data requirements, and evaluation criteria with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with diverse teams on AI & Data technologies.
• Partner with clients to uncover strategic impact and opportunities for AI-driven transformation.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions using modern AI frameworks and cloud-native technologies.
• Build and deploy AI solutions including gen‑AI & agentic AI patterns to create client value.
• Create RAG systems with effective vector retrieval, context management, and response generation.
• Ensure ethical AI practices, data privacy, and responsible deployment.
