Job summary

Accenture Ireland is seeking a Transformation Change Consultant to drive large-scale change initiatives in Dublin. You will work across SAP, Oracle, and HR tech ecosystems, delivering governance, engagement, and communications strategies while shaping transformation vision in a fast-paced, global network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (min 2:1) required.
• 3+ years in Change Management with tech-enabled transformation.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver enterprise transformational change projects leveraging SAP/Oracle/Workday/Salesforce.
• Lead governance, engagement, and change planning.
• Shape change strategies, storytelling and analytics.
• Develop market-facing points of view and thought leadership.
