Qualifications

• 5–10 years’ experience as a Test Manager.
• Experience in finance, insurance, accounting or actuarial domains helpful.
• Quality assurance and testing across software and business processes.
• Proven test planning and team leadership using recognised IT delivery methods.
• Ability to communicate test documentation and secure business approval.
• Strong communication and teamwork to meet strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead testing across Irish Life’s European enterprise application projects.
• Oversee SAP SuccessFactors rollout and SAP S/4HANA integrations.
• Prepare test strategies and plans aligned with software releases.
• Lead and support business testers and Systems Analysts through test execution.
• Report test progress and results, track issues and prepare test summaries.
• Coordinate testing deliverables and maintain project and test compliance.
