Job summary

Sabeo is seeking an experienced Test Manager to own end-to-end testing for European enterprise projects within a leading financial services organisation. You will define test strategy, lead cross-country teams, and ensure timely delivery aligned with release cycles, SAP integrations, and complex transformations.

This role offers high visibility across multiple countries, with a focus on stakeholder collaboration and delivering quality software.

Qualifications

5–10 years' experience as a Test Manager in enterprise programmes.
Proven QA and testing leadership across software and business processes.
Experience in financial services, insurance, accounting, or actuarial environments.
Ability to define test strategy, approach and detailed test plans.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate testing across multiple countries, projects and business areas.
Define and maintain the overall test strategy, approach and plans.
Align testing with software release cycles and wider programme plans.
Manage test execution through the full testing lifecycle.
Support a team of business users and Systems Analysts.
Prepare test results and final test summary documentation.
Oversee subcontractor testing deliverables when involved.
