Job summary

Vantage Resources in Dublin is seeking an Enterprise Application Test Manager for a 6-month hybrid contract to lead testing across European enterprise applications, including SAP SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA integrations.

You will prepare test strategies, guide business testers and systems analysts, report progress, and ensure compliance with project timelines. Strong leadership and communication are essential to delivering testing milestones on time.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years’ experience as a Test Manager.
• Experience in finance, insurance, accounting or actuarial domains helpful.
• Quality assurance and testing across software and business processes.
• Proven test planning and team leadership using recognised IT delivery methods.
• Ability to communicate test documentation and secure business approval.
• Strong communication and teamwork to meet strict deadlines.
