Job summary

EY Dublin seeks an Automation Test Manager to lead testing across large transformation programs in the Financial Services sector. You will guide both agile and traditional delivery, shape test strategies, and mentor automation teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Ideal candidates bring ISTQB accreditations, 5+ years in test automation, expertise with Selenium/Cypress/Appium, API testing, and strong communication to build client relationships and enable successful product deliveries.

Qualifications

• Requires QA accreditation (ISTQB Foundation or equivalent) or similar IT accreditation.
• Minimum 5 years in full-time test automation, with 2+ years in a Test Automation Manager role.
• Experience across ERP/CRM, Digital Workplace, CX, Cloud Migration or data analytics initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/DevOps and/or traditional Waterfall delivery models.
• Experience scripting in Java, C#, Python or JavaScript; building automation frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead testing efforts across multiple projects and technologies, aligning with client goals.
• Define and deliver automation test strategies, plans and governance for large transformations.
• Create high-quality work products and act as SME for test automation across services.
• Identify opportunities to extend service offerings and improve client outcomes.
• Maintain focus on priorities, dependencies and risk, ensuring timely delivery.
• Build and nurture internal relationships within Assurance and other service lines.
• Invest in personal development and contribute to EY’s QA & Testing Community of practice.
• Follow workplace policies and continuously improve testing standards and processes.
