Harvey is hiring a Customer Experience Specialist in Ireland to join the CX team. You will be the frontline support for enterprise customers, solving problems with empathy and technical insight.

This role features a fixed Wednesday–Sunday schedule with weekend coverage, a structured hybrid setup, a thorough onboarding, and opportunities to contribute to product improvements while growing professionally.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in fast-paced technical support for AI products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with enterprise customers.
• Ability to troubleshoot APIs and product issues and document outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
• Handle multiple priorities during support shifts with reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Harvey products and services.
• Document interactions and feedback to help improve products and support content.
• Own tasks independently while contributing to team workflows.
