Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of engineering management experience and 7+ years hands-on enterprise app engineering.
• Proven ability to design and operate API-based integrations between business systems.
• Experience applying LLMs or AI agents to production problems and setting guardrails.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a Dublin-based team of Enterprise Application Engineers and AI Enablement Engineers.
• Remain hands-on with system design, code reviews, and integrations.
• Define internal application layer and ensure reliability and security across platforms.
