Job summary

Harvey, based in Dublin, is seeking a Manager, Enterprise Application Engineering to build and lead the engineering team behind Harvey's internal business systems. You'll stay hands-on in code and architecture while scaling the team and anchoring BizTech in EMEA.

The role requires 2+ years of engineering management and 7+ years in enterprise application engineering, with a proven track record of hiring and raising the technical bar across a fast-growing organization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of engineering management experience.
• 7+ years of hands-on enterprise application or internal platform engineering.
• Experience designing and operating API-based integrations between business systems.
• Strong knowledge of the enterprise SaaS landscape (CRM, HRIS, ERP, IdP, marketing automation).
• Experience applying LLMs or AI agents to production problems.
• Proven hiring experience and ability to raise the technical bar.
• Excellent communication with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the Dublin-based Enterprise Application Engineering team.
• Stay hands-on: design systems, review code, and unblock production issues.
• Own the internal application layer across core platforms.
• Drive AI enablement and agent tooling for Harvey’s teams.
• Partner with Finance, People, GTM, Marketing, CX, Legal, and Workplace teams.
• Establish engineering standards, deployment, docs, and monitoring.
• Anchor BizTech presence in EMEA and align with US stakeholders.
• Make build-vs-buy calls considering cost, security, and maintenance.
