Job summary

CULLY in Leixlip, Ireland, is seeking a dedicated recruiter to own talent acquisition across the business. We are a growing Irish process control, automation and instrumentation company delivering projects from precision measurement equipment to large-scale automation systems.

You will proactively source engineering, technical and field-based roles, build pipelines, manage vacancies end-to-end, and collaborate with hiring managers to move fast without compromising quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum proven success in in-house, agency or mixed recruitment.
• Experience proactively sourcing passive candidates.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Experience using LinkedIn, Boolean searches and direct outreach.

Responsibilities

• Source and approach candidates through LinkedIn, searches and referrals.
• Build talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles.
• Manage vacancies from brief to offer and onboarding handover.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and gather feedback.
• Support offer discussions and onboarding handover.
• Advise on market feedback and talent availability.
• Maintain candidate records with confidentiality.
