Job summary

ABEC, a leading biopharmaceutical manufacturing supplier, seeks a Recruiter to manage the full-cycle hiring process across the organization in Ireland. You will partner with leaders, streamline sourcing strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience from first conversation through onboarding.

You will actively source candidates through multiple channels, coordinate interviews, build talent pipelines, and report recruitment metrics to optimize processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, or high-volume recruiting.
• Experience with sourcing tools, ATS systems, and recruiting best practices.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand workforce needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job advertising, sourcing, screening, interviewing and selection.
• Proactively source high-quality candidates through multiple channels and events.
• Conduct candidate screenings and assessments to evaluate fit and experience.
• Coordinate and facilitate interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates and teams.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience with timely updates and professional communication.
• Represent ABEC at career fairs and outreach programs to boost employer branding.
