Job summary

CULLY is seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to own end-to-end hiring for our Leixlip office. You will proactively source engineering, technical and field-based talent, building relationships with passive candidates and hiring managers. This permanent role supports both full-time and part-time arrangements, with a six-month probation.

You will manage vacancies, define role requirements, and drive offers and onboarding while monitoring market insights to improve recruitment outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong track record in recruitment, in-house or agency or both.
• Proven ability to proactively source and secure candidates.
• Confident using LinkedIn, Boolean searches and direct outreach.
• Ability to build relationships and influence hiring decisions.

Responsibilities

• Source and approach candidates via LinkedIn, searches, networks and referrals.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles.
• Own vacancies from brief to offer and onboarding handover.
• Define requirements with hiring managers and craft search strategies.
• Advise on market talent availability and candidate expectations.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback and manage timelines.
• Support onboarding handover with HR and managers.
