Job summary

CULLY, an Irish process control, automation and instrumentation company, is seeking a recruiter to own recruitment across the business—from sourcing to onboarding. You’ll proactively engage engineers, technicians and field-based professionals to build a strong talent pipeline.

This permanent role is based in our Leixlip office with flexible hours for full-time or part-time work. A six-month probation applies, and you’ll collaborate with hiring managers to move roles quickly while maintaining

Qualifications

• Proven track record in recruitment across multiple channels.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates and reducing time-to-fill.
• Ability to build strong candidate relationships and close roles.

Responsibilities

• Source and approach candidates through LinkedIn, searches, networks and referrals.
• Maintain talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles.
• Own vacancies from brief through sourcing, selection, offer and onboarding.
• Define requirements with hiring managers and agree search strategies.
• Generate interest in CULLY by linking opportunities to candidate motivations.
• Screen for experience, motivation, salary expectations and availability.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback and push decisions forward.
• Support offer discussions and activity until acceptance and notice periods.
• Provide market insights on talent availability and expectations.
• Assist with recruitment campaigns and employer branding.
