Job summary

Tetra Tech Ireland seeks a meticulous Document Controller to join our PMO. You will manage project documentation, establish document control across multiple projects, and ensure secure, accurate information flow with clients and teams.

The role requires collaboration with project managers, engineers and contractors, with a focus on compliant file management, version control and timely delivery of project information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Library Management, Records Management or a related discipline.
• At least three years’ experience on major engineering or construction projects.
• Experience in engineering design consultancy, contractor or similar organisation in the UK or Ireland.
• Experience managing documentation across multiple sectors or large multidisciplinary project teams.
• Experience with BIM-related project information and technical submittals.
• Experience delivering or supporting Project Controls or Document Management training.

Responsibilities

• Manage project documentation throughout the lifecycle from issue to archiving.
• Establish and maintain document control systems and CDE platforms.
• Ensure accurate, version-controlled, secure and accessible project information.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, clients, consultants and contractors.
• Maintain and communicate document revisions and archiving for close-out.
