Qualifications

• Proven Jira administration experience including boards, workflows, schemas and permissions.
• Demonstrated use of AI to improve daily workflows and automation.
• Ability to translate vague requests from senior stakeholders into scoped work.

Responsibilities

• Own processes and tooling that remove friction for engineering teams.
• Apply AI and automation to solve real problems for supporting teams.
• Administer Jira and Confluence including configuration, workflows, permissions and automations.
• Manage triage and intake so work is properly routed to engineering.
• Maintain healthy roadmaps and deliver weekly leadership reports.
• Ensure accuracy of engineering metrics data and tool configurations.
