Job summary

Kraken, a leading crypto platform, is building the Enterprise Transformation team to design and operate the internal AI platform. You will shape the technical layer from integration surface to production runbook and work with teams to unlock real leverage from tooling.

Qualifications

• Enterprise SaaS admin for 1,000+ seats, ideally including an AI or LLM platform.
• Ability to build and ship working software; Python or similar language should be natural to you.
• Experience integrating with LLM and SaaS APIs and agent/tool use patterns.
• Knowledge of identity and access: Okta, OAuth, SCIM, SSO.
• Strong written communication for technical docs and runbooks.

Responsibilities

• Design and build the technical layer of the AI platform, from integration surface to production runbook.
• Own the governed integration gateway as an engineering surface, including onboarding, authentication flows, reliability and vendor escalation.
• Build internal tooling that extends the platform, including scaffolding, prompt assets, evaluation harnesses, automation and integrations with systems of record.
• Configure and operate tiered spend controls across the AI estate, set caps by role, build alerts and perform reconciliations.
• Implement data handling policy controls: identity integration, SSO/SCIM, entitlement by role, and workspace configuration.
• Work directly with teams to unblock them and enable leverage from tools.
• Run technical enablement: deep dives, office hours, and governance of engineering knowledge base material.
• Administer the enterprise AI estate end to end: model turn ups, feature enablement, provisioning queues, vendor configurations.
