Job summary

Tandem Project Management Ltd. is seeking an Engineering Document Control Administrator for a leading pharmaceutical company based in Cork.

You will join the onsite client team, managing, controlling and distributing project documentation through turnover, ensuring drawings and specifications are accurate and version controlled. The ideal candidate has document control experience in construction or capital projects, strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams), and familiarity with

Qualifications

• Experience in document control, project administration or engineering administration within construction, engineering, or capital projects.
• Working knowledge of technical drawings, specifications, document registers and project correspondence.
• Strong Microsoft Office capability, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume documentation accurately and consistently.
• Experience with electronic document management systems is desirable such as SharePoint, Procore, ASite, BIM 360 or similar.
• Familiarity with construction workflows, approval cycles, audit trails and project handover requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain document control systems, registers, trackers and filing structures for construction and engineering documentation.
• Ensure documents are correctly named, numbered, coded, approved, version controlled and distributed in line with project and business procedures.
• Track review cycles, approvals, overdue actions and close-out status, escalating issues as needed to support efficient project turnover.
• Support project close-out by organising handover documentation, as-built records, quality packs and turnover files.
