Job summary

Brightwater Recruitment is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Associate (3+ PQE) for a Dublin-based, top-tier firm. The role offers hybrid working and exposure to high-value CRE matters across a broad client base.

You will work closely with partners and senior lawyers on end-to-end transactions, landlord/tenant advisory, and cross-practice support within a reputed property team. A competitive package includes a 10% new business commission and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ Years’ PQE in commercial real estate transactions.
• Excellent drafting skills with solid understanding of property finance/security.
• Commercially focused approach to problem-solving.
• Clear communication and strong organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End CRE transactions from inception to completion.
• Landlord & Tenant advisory for institutional landlords and corporate tenants.
• Cross-practice support on corporate M&A transactions and property security matters.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
