Job summary

Mason Hayes & Curran LLP seeks an Associate in Real Estate with 3+ PQE to join its leading team in Dublin. The role focuses on energy-enabled real estate projects including wind farms and solar ventures, supporting complex transactions for banks, developers and investors.

The successful candidate will combine strong academics with a proactive, collaborative approach and a dedication to client service, while benefiting from flexible/hybrid working arrangements.

The Role

As the largest Real Estate team in Ireland, we offer extensive expertise critical for structuring complex real estate transactions. We advise banks, developers, state agencies, corporates, multinationals and both private equity and institutional investors on the most high profile mandates. This role will have a significant focus on supporting the firm's market-leading Energy and Real Estate practice, advising on projects across the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors.

Candidate Requirements:

• 3+ PQE from a top or mid-tier firm;
• energy real estate experience, including transacting wind farms and solar projects, large scale due diligence, tables of burdens, leases and easements for energy projects;
• strong focus on client service and the ability to manage multiple clients and a busy workload;
• pro‑active, working collaboratively within a team environment; and
• excellent academics.
