Mason Hayes & Curran LLP in Dublin seeks an Associate Solicitor with 2+ years PQE to join its leading banking and finance team. You will work on leveraged and acquisition finance, trade finance and related corporate matters for major domestic and international clients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years PQE.
• Banking and finance experience is an asset.
• Excellent communication and research skills.
• Pro‑active, working collaboratively within a team environment.
• Excellent academic credentials (transcript will be sought after at offer stage) and superior written and oral communications skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leveraged finance and acquisition finance matters for clients.
• Work with domestic and international banks, lenders and borrowers on transactional banking issues.
• Contribute to trade finance, real estate and corporate restructuring topics where applicable.
