Job summary

UKG is seeking an Irish Payroll Processor to join our Kilkenny office on a temporary contract with hybrid working arrangements.

You will manage end-to-end payrolls for a portfolio of client accounts, ensure data accuracy, ROS submissions and timely payments, and work with the Implementation team to set up payroll software. Strong Excel skills and stakeholder engagement are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience in payroll, accounts or finance.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Strong client engagement, stakeholder relationship skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving abilities.
• Precise attention to detail and strong time management.
• IPASS qualification is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Run end-to-end payrolls for a portfolio of client accounts.
• Gather and validate data to implement and run payrolls.
• Coordinate with Implementation team to set up payroll software.
• Update Payroll Manager on status, risks and issues.
• Process ROS submissions and payments for monthly payrolls.
