Job summary

O’Neill & Brennan in Dublin is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join the team and ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. The role covers UK and ROI payrolls and requires attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work under deadlines.

You will input, validate and reconcile payroll data, process salaries and deductions, and collaborate with HR and Finance to meet deadlines. Experience with IPASS or CIPP is desirable.

Job Overview:

O’Neill & Brennan are currently recruiting an experiencedPayroll Specialiston behalf of our client. The successful candidate will join the team in Dublin and play a key role in supporting the accurate and timely processing of payrolls.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Processing weekly and monthly payrolls for UK and ROI employees.
  • Inputting, validating and reconciling payroll data accurately.
  • Processing salaries, overtime, bonuses, pensions and statutory deductions.
  • Ensuring payroll activities comply with UK and ROI legislation.
  • Responding to payroll and benefits queries and supporting audits and reporting.
  • Working closely with Payroll, HR and Finance teams to meet deadlines.
What you’ll need:
  • Payroll qualification such asIPASS or CIPP.
  • Experience processingUK and ROI payrolls. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and strict deadlines.
