This role is suited for a professional with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience in employment law, who thrives in both team and independent settings.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Handle both employer and employee sides of employment law litigation.
• Manage cases across all stages of litigation including the Workplace Relations Commission (WRC), Labour Court, and High Court.
• Perform advocacy roles in various legal settings.
• Work independently to manage a busy caseload while also collaborating effectively within a team.
• Engage directly with clients, providing high-quality legal advice and maintaining strong client relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience in employment law.
