Qualifications

Employment Solicitor Associate / Senior Associate Dublin | Client-Facing Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Employment Solicitor at Associate or Senior Associate level to join a leading commercial law firm in Dublin. This is a highly client-facing role offering the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of Irish and international clients across a broad range of sectors. You will advise on the full spectrum of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, while working closely with senior practitioners and colleagues across the wider firm. The role would suit an ambitious Employment Solicitor who enjoys working directly with clients and is looking for the opportunity to take ownership of matters, build strong commercial relationships and further develop their career within a leading Dublin practice. You will have exposure to a varied and high-quality caseload, including employment advisory work, contentious matters, workplace investigations, restructurings, senior executive issues, employment aspects of corporate transactions and general strategic employment advice.

The Role Will Offer:

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience as an Employment Solicitor at Associate or Senior Associate level.
• Strong technical experience across both contentious and non-contentious employment law.
• Experience advising corporate clients on employment matters, with exposure to transactional and/or corporate support work advantageous.
• Excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills.
• Strong client management skills and the confidence to deal directly with clients.
• A commercial and pragmatic approach, with the ability to provide clear, practical advice.
• The ability to manage a busy caseload while working collaboratively within a high-performing team.
• Ambition to develop their career and play an active role in the continued growth of the Employment practice.
