Job summary

Achuman Capital in Dublin invites applications for a Solicitor to join a leading Employment team advising employers across sectors on contentious and non-contentious matters.

The role covers day-to-day HR issues, contracts, policies, disciplinary and grievance processes, performance management, dismissals, redundancies and restructurings, as well as employment aspects of corporate/M&A and disputes.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ PQE required.

• Advise on employment aspects of corporate and M&A transactions and handle employment disputes.

The successful candidate will join a highly regarded Employment team, advising employers and businesses across a broad range of sectors on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. The role offers exposure to high-quality advisory, transactional and disputes work.

The role will involve advising on day-to-day employment and HR matters, employment contracts and workplace policies, disciplinary and grievance procedures, performance management and dismissals, as well as redundancies, restructurings and organisational change. The successful candidate will also advise on the employment aspects of corporate and M&A transactions, and handle employment disputes.
