Roles and Responsibilities Strategic & Operational Advisory: Counsel commercial clients on day-to-day HR issues; craft bespoke employment contracts, workplace policies, staff handbooks, and internal procedures. Employee Relations: Lead employers through complex disciplinary actions, grievance hearings, performance capability procedures, and exit strategies. Corporate Support & Reorganisations: Guide organisations through redundancies, business restructures, and the employment law aspects of M&A transactions. Litigation & Dispute Management: Protect client interests across tribunal claims, court disputes, and alternative dispute resolution pathways. Knowledge & Network Growth: Track legislative developments, foster enduring client relationships, and contribute to practice growth through client seminars and marketing initiatives. Job Requirements Qualified Solicitor in Ireland or an equivalent common law jurisdiction (ideally 1-3 years' PQE). Background in employment law practice with polished technical, analytical, and drafting competencies. Clear commercial acumen with an ability to translate complex legal issues into straightforward advice. Highly organised approach to workload management, combined with strong team-oriented interpersonal skills.
