Qualified solicitor in Ireland or the UK with 1–4 years PQE in employment law is preferred. You will handle contentious, advisory, and strategic work across high-growth sectors and international brands.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years PQE focused on employment law.
• Experience in a recognised commercial firm or specialist employment practice.
• Sharp technical instincts with practical advisory style.

Responsibilities

• Managing complex litigation, unfair dismissal claims, discrimination cases and injunctions in WRC, Labour Court, and High Court.
• Advising senior leadership on executive terminations and internal investigations.
• Collaborating with corporate teams on high‑value deals and workforce restructurings.
