Legal Spiel in Dublin is seeking an Employment Solicitor with 1 year's PQE to join its employment team. You will advise Irish and international employers on a range of contentious and non-contentious matters and work closely with in-house teams, HR professionals and senior management.

Employment Solicitor - 1 Year PQE Plus

We are hiring an Employment Solicitor with 1 year's PQE to join a leading law firm's employment team in Dublin.

This is an opportunity to develop your career within an established practice advising Irish and international employers on contentious and non-contentious employment matters. You will work closely with experienced colleagues and clients, including in-house legal teams, HR professionals and senior management.

The Role

• Advising employers on day-to-day employment law and HR matters.
• Assisting with complex workplace issues, employment disputes and industrial relations matters.
• Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies and related documentation.

The Candidate

• 1 year's relevant PQE in employment law, gained within a large, medium-sized or specialist law firm.

• Sound commercial judgment and an interest in finding practical solutions for clients.
