An opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Senior Employment Associate (4+ PQE) to join one of Ireland's leading, full-service law firms in Dublin.

Working alongside a market-leading, highly acclaimed Employment Partners, you will play a central role in a close-knit, collaborative team known for its pragmatic commercial advice, excellent culture, and non-hierarchical working environment.

The Role

You will advise an enviable client list spanning high profile multinationals and domestic market leaders across the tech, financial services, luxury, and hospitality sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing high-level advisory and contentious employment support on complex, high-value matters.
• Advising on executive severance, whistleblowing, restrictive covenants, and complex workplace investigations.
• Leading on strategic HR projects, employment aspects of corporate transactions, and TUPE transfers.
• Representing clients before the Workplace Relations Commission (WRC), Labour Court, and High Court.
• Mentoring junior associates and actively participating in client relationship development and business growth.

About You

Qualified Solicitor with 4+ years PQE in employment law gained within a reputable private practice or top-tier corporate environment.

Strong grounding across both contentious and advisory employment law with excellent drafting skills.

Ability to break down complex legal issues into clear, practical solutions for C-suite and HR leadership clients.

Strong interpersonal skills, a collaborative approach, and a down-to-earth personality that aligns with a warm, supportive culture.
