Job summary

Achuman Capital Limited, in collaboration with a top-tier Dublin law firm, seeks a Knowledge Lawyer to join the Employment team. The role focuses on supporting a growing group of employment lawyers advising both domestic and international employers on complex Irish and cross-border matters.

You will monitor legal developments, maintain precedents, and produce updates and thought leadership. The role also involves training, business development, and contributing to AI and knowledge tool

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ PQE in employment law.
• Strong employment law background across domestic and cross-border matters.
• Excellent academics and analytical skills.
• Team player with a collaborative approach.
• Technically excellent with a passion for knowledge management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor developments in employment law and maintain precedents and know-how.
• Produce client updates and thought leadership pieces.
• Design and deliver employment law training for staff and clients.
• Support business development and client engagement initiatives.
• Work on cross-border projects and contribute to legal research.
• Help develop the team’s use of AI, technology and knowledge tools.

The Role:

The successful candidate will join a leading Employment team in Dublin, supporting a growing group of employment lawyers advising domestic and international employers on complex Irish and cross-border employment matters.

The role will involve monitoring legal developments, maintaining precedents and know-how, producing client updates and thought leadership, and designing and delivering employment law training. The successful candidate will also support business development and client engagement initiatives, work on cross-border projects, contribute to legal research and help develop the team's use of AI, technology and other knowledge tools.
