Job summary

Hunter Savage is seeking an ambitious Employment Solicitor to join a market-leading commercial law team in Dublin. We are looking for professionals with 1-3 years’ PQE who can deliver high-quality advisory and contentious employment work for a diverse client base.

You will advise on contracts, policies, investigations, restructures and HR matters, support senior colleagues on complex matters arising from corporate transactions, and develop your career in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor in Ireland or other recognised common law jurisdiction.
• 1–3 years’ PQE in employment law.
• Experience advising employer clients on both contentious and non-contentious matters.
• Strong drafting, analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Providing practical, commercial employment law advice to employers across a range of industries.
• Advising on employment contracts, workplace policies, procedures and employee handbooks.
• Supporting clients with disciplinary processes, grievances, performance management and dismissals.
• Advising on redundancies, restructures and organisational change projects.
• Assisting with employment-related aspects of mergers, acquisitions and corporate transactions.
• Managing employment disputes and supporting clients through litigation processes.
• Preparing legal correspondence, advice notes and client documentation.
• Conducting legal research and keeping up to date with legislative and regulatory developments.
• Supporting client training initiatives and contributing to business development activities.
