Job summary

Amicus Search & Recruitment is working with a well-established international law firm seeking an Employment Associate at 1-2 years PQE in Dublin. You will support a broad employment practice and take on real responsibility early within a varied workload.

The role covers workplace investigations, WRC and Labour Court matters, and corporate immigration work, with hybrid working and three days per week in the office. You will engage in client meetings and business development from early on.

Qualifications

• Solid grounding in employment law gained through a traineeship seat.
• 1-2 years PQE in employment law and ready for responsibility.
• Experience advising on workplace policies and contracts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle workplace investigations, including disciplinary matters and protected disclosures.
• Assist with WRC, Labour Court and related employment disputes.
• Support corporate immigration matters and policy work; participate in client meetings and business development.
