Job summary

Dublin City Centre law firm seeks an Employment Law Senior Associate with 5+ years PQE to join the team. You will work closely with Partners on a mix of contentious and non-contentious work for clients both national and international, with a pathway to Partnership.

Salary up to €110k depending on experience, with total package up to €140k. Benefits include Pension Plan, Bonus, Flexible working arrangements, Bike to Work, Travel Tax Incentives and Annual Review.

Qualifications

• 5+ years PQE in Employment Law.
• Experience handling employer and employee employment law litigation.

Responsibilities

• Handle both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
• Litigate or advise in WRC, Labour Court and High Court as needed.
• Collaborate with Partners and clients on strategy and advocacy.

The Role:

• Experience in handling both employer and employee employment law litigation;


• Experience in handling all aspects of Employment Law litigation including the WRC, Labour Court and High Court;


• Advocacy experience.


• Experience dealing with trade union issues and disputes.

Experience:

• 5 years+ PQE


• Experience in a mid or top tier employment law practice group is a plus.


• Experience in a client facing role.
