Job summary

ALG, a leading Irish employment law practice, is recruiting an Employment Lawyer in Dublin. The role involves joining a top-tier Employment Practice Group and working with all levels in the team to deliver pragmatic and commercial HR solutions.

Ideal candidates will have around 2 years PQE in a corporate law setting, be self-motivated and collaborative, and actively participate in business development and client seminars.

Qualifications

• 2 years' PQE in a large/medium/boutique corporate law firm.
• Self-motivated and outcome focused.
• Collaborative team player in a dynamic, rigorous environment.
• Excellent communication and willingness to present at client seminars/workshops.
• Interest in legal knowledge, learning, development and business development.
• Ability to think creatively/strategically and drive innovation/change.
• Ability to engage with and influence senior teams.
