AXA Partners in Athlone is hiring part-time Customer Service Advisors to support customers and partners across Ireland, the UK, and beyond. You’ll provide compassionate assistance for vehicle and home emergencies, coordinating with a trusted network to ensure fast, effective service.

Training is on-site in Athlone with a hybrid path later; 23.5 hours/week across 9am–7pm shifts, including every second weekend. A structured roster and steady schedule help you plan ahead.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations efficiently, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Join Our Team as a Customer Service Advisor in Athlone !

Are you passionate about providing exceptional support and making a real difference in people's lives? AXA Assistance is seeking dedicated part time Customer Service Advisors to provide advice to customers and /partners in the provision of emergency vehicle/home assistance services, supporting customers across Ireland, the UK, and beyond.

At AXA Assistance, we’re committed to being there for our customers whenever they need us—every day of the week. That’s why we need dedicated, flexible team members to join our Customer Centre in Athlone where we offer;

• A predictable, set roster so you’ll always know your schedule in advance
• 23.50 hours per week, operating between the hours 9am and 7pm, with shifts spread across the week, including every second weekend
• After completing your training and gaining confidence in your role, there’s an exciting opportunity to work in a hybrid model, combining office and remote work
• Approximate start date is 5th October 2026
• Candidates must be available to attend training on-site in Athlone, 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday for approximately 4 weeks
• During the probation period, you need to be able to work from the office for 6 months.
