MarketStar in Dublin, Ireland is seeking a Sales Representative to join an EMEA client programme. You will identify, engage, and build relationships with prospective customers across the region, learning how to research target accounts and articulate how technology solutions meet business goals.

You will receive structured onboarding, product training, coaching, and ongoing support from experienced colleagues and leaders.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM, productivity, marketing, or sales tools.
• Academic background in business, sales, marketing, languages, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Research prospective customers and opportunities across the EMEA region.
• Engage prospects via phone, email, social selling, and campaigns.
• Ask questions to understand challenges and needs.
• Explain how technology solutions add value to businesses.
• Qualify leads and set up meetings with sales reps.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline progress.
• Support achievement of individual and team targets.
• Share feedback and market trends with internal teams.
