MarketStar is seeking an Enterprise Inside Sales Representative (German-speaking) to drive growth in Dublin. You will manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, targeting enterprise clients with a consultative approach.

Fluency in German and a strong track record in tech/SaaS sales are required. You will work on-site in Dublin 18, contribute to achieving KPIs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver excellent customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in outbound B2B, tech, or SaaS sales.
• Mid-market or enterprise experience highly preferred.
• Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Engage prospects through outbound outreach and follow-up.
