Clio is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing EMEA Talent Acquisition team on an initial 6 month contract. You will own end-to-end recruitment across the EMEA region, partnering with leaders to meet hiring targets and shape a best-in-class candidate experience.

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in rapid-growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and nurture stakeholder relationships with our EMEA teams across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Engineering and Product.
• Oversee a robust candidate pipeline and lead the full-cycle recruitment process across EMEA.
• Partner with business leaders to align on hiring strategies and meet quarterly targets.
• Explore and implement creative approaches to attract and engage both active and passive candidates.
• Align candidates with Clio’s mission, values, and vision.
• Advance the recruiting function by introducing innovative practices and processes.
• Represent Clio with professionalism, integrity, and authenticity.
