JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Ireland seeks an EMEA Subsidiary Banker (Vice President) to cover Irish subsidiaries of corporate clients.

You will work with HQ teams and cross regional partners to develop relationships and deliver JPMorgan’s broad suite of products across payments, treasury, trade, and markets. The role involves origination, client analysis, and collaboration with product specialists to provide tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• Client Relationship Manager with proven ability to build and develop client relationships in Ireland and win new business
• Proven track record of managing complex (multi-product & multi-country) client relationships at regional level
• Knowledge of Payments products including treasury services, FX, derivatives, bonds, loans and trade finance
• Strong working knowledge of credit, markets
• Pro-active and problem solving mind-set with ability to identify, clearly present and implement solutions
• Strong commercial judgment
• Strong influencing skills and proven track record of managing cross cultural environments
• Strong partnership skills & excellent communication skills
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Ability and willingness to travel regularly domestically and internationally
• Fluency in English is required

Responsabilités

• New business origination and relationship management coverage of subsidiary business teams in Ireland in partnership with HQ teams and cross regional partners
• Analyze client needs to tailor JPMorgan products across payments/treasury, trade, debt capital markets and markets
• Collaborate with Payments Sales, Product Specialists, implementation and customer service to ensure client satisfaction
• Develop coverage of selected clients in Ireland and coordinate with Debt Capital Markets, FX & Rates, TS, Asset Management, etc.
• Support HQ bankers in client coverage and planning; be accountable for local results
• Provide sales input and client perspective into product development, marketing initiatives and related tasks
• Focus on developing junior talent within the team
• Conduct sales activities including market strategy, direct client calling, proposals, presentations and negotiations
• Manage resources and expenses to improve efficiency and profitability
• Promote a strong control environment with compliance/KYC/AML processes
