Job summary

JPMorganChase in Dublin is seeking a Fund Accounting Manager - Vice President to lead a diverse team delivering high-quality client service. You will interpret client needs, manage transactions, and drive initiatives in NAV calculation and fund operations.

You will shape the operating models through strategic planning, automation, and strong stakeholder engagement to improve efficiency and mitigate risk in client delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Fund Accounting products and NAV calculation.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build strong relationships both internally and externally.
• Demonstrated proficiency in strategic planning and process automation, with a track record of enhancing operational efficiency in client service delivery.
• Advanced skills in client relationship management, with experience in resolving complex client issues and complaints.
• Strong digital literacy with experience in leveraging new/emerging technologies to enhance business operations and client service.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Fund Accounting service delivery team in addressing client inquiries, processing transactions, troubleshooting problems, and handling complaints, utilizing your client relationship skills and Fund Accounting product knowledge to ensure client satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operating models, leveraging your proficiency in strategic planning and process automation to drive operational efficiency.
• Identify trends and generate innovative solutions to meet client needs, using your advanced skills in market product knowledge and digital literacy to stay ahead of industry developments and technological advancements.
• Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients, leveraging your advanced skills in influence and internal stakeholder management to drive mutually beneficial outcomes.
