Job summary

Chargebee in Ireland seeks a Solutions Consultant to own solution design across enterprise deals, from discovery to architecture sign-off and handoff to Professional Services. You’ll lead conversations with CFOs/CTOs, map billing complexity to business value, and deliver demos aligned to each customer’s revenue model.

You’ll collaborate with EMEA AEs and the SC team to sharpen deal strategy, drive market intelligence, and accelerate value delivery, with travel up to 30% for on-site meetings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of presales or solutions engineering in SaaS.
• Experience supporting enterprise deals with multi-stakeholder engagements.
• Strong API and SaaS integration knowledge.
• Interest in pricing, monetization models and billing architectures.
• Fluency in English and at least one of German, French or Spanish.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design across enterprise deals from discovery to sign-off.
• Interface with CFOs, CTOs and engineering leaders, translating billing complexity into business value.
• Deliver demos and PoC maps to each customer's revenue model and integration landscape.
• Collaborate with EMEA enterprise AEs and the broader SC team to sharpen deal strategy.
• Drive clean handoffs to Professional Services to accelerate time-to-value.
• Provide structured field intelligence back to product and GTM teams.
• Travel up to 30% for on-site prospect meetings and events.
