Job summary

Principle in Ireland is seeking an experienced Contract Deal Desk Analyst to support its EMEA Deal Operations function. The role is 3 days in Dublin with 2 days from home, offering a fixed-term contract of 11 months with a salary of €51,000 per year.

You’ll join a fast-paced, cross-functional team focused on accurate pricing, clean order forms, and efficient deal closure, with heavy emphasis on data dashboards and revenue operations.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of the sales process and how a deal moves from quote to cash.
• Ability to work across Sales, Legal, Finance and Operations to accelerate closures.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy in deal documentation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the EMEA Deal Operations Team to support sales deal execution.
• Ensure accurate pricing and clean, executable Order Forms.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Finance and Operations to accelerate deal closure.
• Maintain and manage internal dashboards to track operational metrics.
• Candidate should have prior experience in Sales Operations, Deal Desk, or Revenue Operations.
• Understand the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle.
• Familiarity with SaaS pricing and software licensing models.
• Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) or similar CRMs.
• Strong attention to detail and high analytical ability.
• Collaborative mindset and cross-department experience.
